No..You shouldn't hate any ONE....But I don't see that there is anything wrong with hating teams. You qualify your remarks, but really, if you are a Skins fan...Than you have to hate the rest of the NFC East. I don't presume to speak for you, but it looks like, from your last post...You'll have a shot of hate for the Eagles and Giants, and a double shot of hate for the Boys.... ...Just let it out, you'll feel better... |

Hawks fan- 1) What teams would he be sitting on the bench for? I count 2: New England and Indianapolis. I just gave 5 QBs with better numbers that most likely would have won 2 SB in 5 years with the Steelers but were released or benched on their respective teams. I think Ben is the product of the unbelievable Steeler D and the unbelievable Steeler Hype Machine. |

I despise three teams, The Packers, Raiders and Dallas. The Packers are #1 to despise. 1) They're a good team and the Vikings haven't dominated them since '97 2) They have what I want- Rings! 3) Brett Favre 4) Sterling Sharpe. Raiders are #2 Not to disagree with Sol, but the Raiders have employed the most thugs in NFL history! Dallas because they have started to emulate the Raiders. I say started because Oakland has been doing what Dallas is doing for far longer. Dallas has employed thugs for only 20 years. |

I hate the Ravens because they screwed the good Cleveland fans and have had human filth like Ray Lewis and Jamal Lewis playing for them, and um because their "awesome" defense laid an egg and cost me a fantasy Superbowl a few years back! I hate the Broncos because John Elway looked like a horse. I hate the Dolphins because Dan Marino was an overrated loser. I hate the Falcons because of the "Two Legit to Quit" Superbowl theme song and then for making me listen to Michael Vick hype. I hate the Bears because all things from Chicago are loud and annoying, because they are the most booring team in the history of the NFL to watch, and because I have to endure them being my locally broadcast game each week. I hate the Cowboys because of the B.S. moniker "America's Team" and beacuse I have to listen to an illiterate Michael Irvin shout down his fellow analysts each week.

No, I don't have to hate a team, to me that's just a bit juvenile. For instance, if the Eagles ever win a Super Bowl, I would hope it was because a player or two who I respect made the difference. It would tick me off the Redskins didn't win but at the same time I would be happy a certain person I admire finally won something of merit. For the Cowboys as another example, i am whole heartedly happy they are on this decades long playoff plunge but at the same time I am happy they got rid of TO if for no other reason than he is terrrible for football, so going to the Bills and eventually obscurity is a good thing. I won't ever root for Dallas to win another playoff game but at least Jerry finally showed he is above the bottom line when it comes to character. No, I don't have to hate a team, to me that's just a bit juvenile. Wow.... I stand corrected. You are right when you say that you don't have to hate any team if you chose not to... But I am curious. Why would you post a response on a thread that clearly states " I hate this NFL team, and here's why..." as it's title if you feel hating at team is beneath you? Lighten up, man...
