Now they're talking Jamal Crawford.  So, start Bradley at the 2 and bring Jamal off the bench behind Rondo/Bradley and we've got a SOLID three guard rotation.  And cheaper than Gordon!  Word.

i feel the odds of gordon staying in NO is pretty good but crawford would be nice off the bench. theres also rumblings that Josh Smith wants to be traded and he verbally said he really liked boston.

food for thought word.

Its all heating up boys.  I am still hoping Ainge uses some of his accumulated future picks to move up, even in the second round.  Draft is solid through first, early in second

the only thing about the draft is, rivers seriously never plays his rookies in the 1st year except for rondo i cant think of another rookie that had any serious playing time in their rookie season. so if we are infact re-tooling and not blowing up. i expect ainge not to get anymore projects that take 1 to 2 seasons just to see them play meaningful minutes. if you dont get someone worth playing then trade them all and try and get a guy like smith or something.. or play your rookies. i have this feeling that if we draft a guy like royce white we wont actually see him play til 2014...

just heard a rumor the Hawks are looking at a gasol - smith trade.... not sure how the Lakers always seem to be able to get away with highway robbery wether its getting gasol for nothing or trading his ungodly contract for a premiere SF.... its a shame atheletes dont care about winning tradition anymore. they care more about what city there going to has to offer as opposed to what the team can do for their career...

I think Ainge will do a good job getting us ready for 2012-13.  A little move here and there.  After Garnett announces his intentions Saturday is when Danny can start making some real moves.  You know, I'm torn about KG.  I want him to come back but honestly, he deserves a lot more money than we can realistically pay him.  Ownership is going to have to work to come up with a reasonable figure that doesn't insult what KG really brings to the team.  Tough deal.  Word.

They're saying Strainge Chainge is angling to move into the lottery.  At what cost?  He'd better not be dangling Paulie...  Word.

I think the rumor is giving up Bradley and the 2 first round picks for the rights to get Austin... I'm not sure this isn't just a rumor started by the media to stir the "father son" storyline

I would rather keep Bradley and sign Jamal Crawford to back up him and Rondo.  Unless Bradley's shoulders are going to be a problem for the rest of his career, it'll be a mistake to give up on him and watch him turn into an All-Star somewhere else.  Word.

Celtic fans should be happy.  Sullinger and Fab are nice risk/reward picks.

Dwight Howard just had back surgery you dont here many critics screaming about his injury issue... or perkins having two bum knees and easily dislocated shoulder...

short of him having back spasms like rose had this year i see the risk as minimal. it ultimately will come down to his pain tolerance and mental toughness and fire/determination

1) Perry Jones who even my Heat screwed up by not taking... What a great fit for OKC.
had ACL issues... how is that any different from sullinger who would have gone in the top 3 last year?
Jones is a lot less proven then sullinger not only in stats but in college basketball careers sullinger made it to the final four at least once maybe twice jones... not really sure what he's done.... hence crap shoot

Let's be honest nighthawk, both those guys will be worthless.. I respect your basketabll IQ. We usually know how "low risk-high reward" pan out. If you guys lose Bass, it's a huge mistake.
ill grant you fab melo is a project, but Brandon Bass though he did posterize wade in the ECF... hes far less consistant then he thinks he is. (had he played consistantly the Celtics wouldnt have needed 7 games to beat the sixers...)

im not saying i would resign bass, but bass is a jump shooting power forward who cant rebound and has minmal post moves, lose him go after kaman or hawes... if you get hawes your basically getting the same player.
