See a lot of you are on the Terps and it doesnt look like your alone as the public is on them as well. , be careful , tread lightly on the Turtle , they never play there bests games in Charlottesville. They have split the last 10 games at Virginia going 5-5 , but in those 5 wins they won by 5 points , 4 points , 4 points , 3 points in OT and just one point in there last win there.Virginia has won the last two meetings in Virginia by double digits and Maryland won the first meeting this season at College Park by just 6.MD still fighting to try and get off the bubble and VA would love nothing more on Senior night to knock off their key rival from serious postseason birth. Good Luck
LOCK HOFSTRA +6
after hitting JMU yesterday, I am going right back to CAA tournament action as the quarterfinals kick off from Richmond, VA. you can call this a neutral site, but it's gonna feel like a home game for Hoftsra, not because of many Hofsta's fans, but ecause VCU fans don't wanna face Old Dominion. With VCU playing at noon, they will be in full force to do everything possible to play Hofstra a third time. Now to the game, this is a virtual pick-em in mind as the 4-5 matchup. Way too many points to be giving up, but in the end I think the Pride may actually win outright. Both teams are coming in hot, Hofstar has won 7 of 8 and ODU 9 of 10. Their lone meeting Hofstra won 60-51 as they held ODU to 27.5% shooting. We saw yesterday that many CAA teams were ice cold at the Richmond Coliseum. Among the losers UNCW shot 31.6%, W&M 35.2, Drexel 32.8, and Delaware 28. Georgia St was a winner and only shot 35.2. Some people may think a bye is a good thing for rest, I think the fact Hofstra played is a good thing to get rolling, as they shot 52.7 from the field.
Hofstra 62 Old Dominion 59
Howdy add boy love the new hair do on your avatar.

(can't a a clown get some respect DOH!)
Hey Nail-
Going along with the "tightness factor" do you think there is any value in the 1 st half under for Minn/Mich?
Thanks
UCONN. +2 in the first half. Good luck
Hockey plays for today
Chi/Bos O5.5 - Fernandez is in nets for the Bruins and he has struggled lately, 4 of his last 5 have gone over. The Bruins were humbled by Phx the other night. Both teams have serious scoring ability, and I expect that to show up today. Over is 22-7-2 in Bostons last 31 home games and after a loss and one days rest, The Boston Over is 20-13.
I also like the Buf ML and O5.5 and will add a few lines for that later when I have time.
Best of luck guys.
morning threaders.....
made a mistake in my write up last night (never do write ups after going out boozin). Haven't read through the posts so I don't know if any of the other soccer guys pointed out my error. The Fulham/Man U game is a 1 eg tie. The earlier match I reference was actually league play and not FA Cup. Still this does not change my play at all. In fact it changes the play from a 6/10 to and 8/10.
Sorry about that.

Just some useful information for anyone backing Man Utd in the late FA Cup game today,
Cristiano Ronaldo has been rested by Man Utd with the important Champions League game coming up on Tuesday.
Doesnt make the game a no play for me but it certainly limits the amount i will put on the game. Although they have a star studded team, so many of the attacks go through Ronaldo and also they miss his quality from free kicks.
... just went back to review posts and saw that El Nino caught my error.
Again, doesn't change the play at all, so if you are on Man U, feel confident.
also, saw that the admins removed my post...... that's a first for me.
Seton Hall +4 in the first half.
N.C. St. +4.5 in the first half. Good luck.
No Ronaldo, no Problem. Manchester United cruise this afternoon.
GL all.
